Scheduled this Toyota Care appointment months ago. Turned out it was inadvertently scheduled for the used care department (!), and thus didn't show up on the TC schedule. This was my first experience with Rudy Luther, since I purchased my car from a dealership out of state. Shane was extremely friendly and patient as he answered all of my questions about a battery issue I purchased my car from a dealership out of state. Shane was extremely friendly and patient as he answered all of my questions about a battery issue I had been experiencing. He made sure I opted in for the scheduled maintenance and checked in to see if I had a ride home. When I told him I was just going to call an Uber, he suggested I check out the complementary shuttle service. Larry, the shuttle driver, was also a pleasure to talk to, on both rides to and from the dealership. At all times during the process I felt completely in the loop and taken care of. On top of that, I didn't have to pay a cent because everything was covered under ToyotaCare. My car came back cleaner, too, because of the complementary car wash. I had such a terrific experience at Rudy Luther that I expect I will be returning for many years to come. More
