Misha - Concierge Service in the time of COVID-19 My wife's van needed an oil change and other services. Misha drove a shuttle vehicle to my house, picked up my wife's care - a no-contact pick up - a My wife's van needed an oil change and other services. Misha drove a shuttle vehicle to my house, picked up my wife's care - a no-contact pick up - and brought it back to Rudy Luther Toyota for service. Mia and Kevin Rudi were great communicators along the way and Misha returned the vehicle, using Clorox wipes, while wearing gloves and a mask at both pick up and drop off, to clean where he had been inside the vehicle and where he had touched the door to get in and out. Top notch service. More
