I requested to have my car picked up, and this was such a convenience. Micha Supica came to my house and picked up my car, and he was incredibly prompt, friendly and professional. Mark Pua was also excellent, and the service was surprising quick (and the charge was reasonable). I give both Micha and Mark very high ratings, and I will definitely return to Rudy Luther Toyota. Pickup and delivery I used the new concierge service for the first time. Communication from the shop, and from the driver, Misha, was excellent. He sanitized everything he had touched, after he returned the car. The electronic payment for services, prior to delivery, was easy to navigate, and went through with no hassles. Excellent service I originally scheduled an appointment online for a door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service due to COVID-19. I was informed by text a couple of hours bef I originally scheduled an appointment online for a door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service due to COVID-19. I was informed by text a couple of hours before the appointment that they wouldn't be able to pick up my car as my house is outside their service area (> 12 miles, I am 17). I was a bit irritated and told them that their service radius is not stated clearly on their website. I went ahead and canceled the appointment thinking I would reschedule it later or choose a different dealership. However, Kong Yang texted me back to admit that their website wasn't clear on that point and offered to pick up my car at the originally scheduled time. Eric Hagen was my service advisor and did a nice job keeping me updated on my vehicle's status. Misha was the one who picked up and dropped off my car. He apologized for any inconvenience and was extremely courteous and nice to work with. He also sanitized it thoroughly before handing the vehicle back to me. I appreciate everyone's proactive and customer-centric approach to making sure a frustrating situation was converted to a very satisfactory experience! More
Great Buying Experience! We have bought a couple of cars here, always a great experience. We bought one today: We bought a minivan! We wore masks, gloves and long sleeves the entire time. The salesperson did as well! We did not test drive it. We walked around it. Although Toyota has a sanitizing kit policy, the guy did it in front of us. The salesperson offered a test drive, I watched him sanitize the touch points on the vehicle very thoroughly! We did have to sign papers, we did it with our own pen and with gloves on. Once we got home we took the long sleeves off, and changed pants, and Washed our hands really well. More

As it turned out, the home pick up service was excellent; on time and good communication with service advisor (Mia) and Misha the driver. Misha called before leaving dealership so I knew when to expect him, was very pleasant to talk to, and wiped down the car and keys once he returned the car. Very personable and professional. More
