On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an Thank you all. On Wednesday of this week I called the Service desk at about 5:15 pm to inquire if by any chance at all, I could get my car in for an oil change the following day. To my surprise the nice guy asked if I wanted to come right in - now. I did just that and had the car serviced, up dated, tires changed and a software upgrade. I actually had thought it just needed an oil change. Of note, I was given this appointment without mentioning that my car was being driven to Montana the next day by one of my family members. It was an unexpected trip. I bought my Toyota Prius from you folks. I do not live near by, however. I try and return to the "Mother Ship" for service. You folks, to a person, are terrific.
