2018 Toyota RAV 4 Nettie Jubie was my salesperson and she did a GREAT job. Didn't feel pressured and was fast with getting offers back from the Manager. Helpful and patient We went for a vehicle that had just been returned to the dealer for my Son (first car), it's a model that doesn't stay on the lot long. We were on ou We went for a vehicle that had just been returned to the dealer for my Son (first car), it's a model that doesn't stay on the lot long. We were on our 3rd test drive of this Toyota model when we arrived. Ultimately we decided against this model (too small and was a discontinued model), Lou was the first person we met in the door and we were happy (Wife, Son and myself) immediately with the help provided, without trying to re-direct us to another car, or sale of a car we were not there for. Lou was very patient, rode with us on our first test drive to get us familiar with the area (we are from Southern MN). We didn't like the vehicle we were originally intending to get, Lou offered us a list of vehicles and their prices so we could decide for our self which we wanted to look at, and answered any questions we had. We test drove two more vehicles (Lou prepped and brought them up front for us and had the next waiting after each test drive). Ultimately we bought a different used Toyota than we went there for, but are happier with the different purchase, more so than if we had gotten the vehicle we stopped for (safer, larger). This is the second Toyota we bought from the Luther "network", we're happy with the warranty provided (other dealers, once you're off the lot you're on your own), and the work done to the vehicle BEFORE we bought it. We're on our second week with the purchased car, and so far so good! More
