Last week I finally decided to tra About a year ago, I got a trade in estimate from a sales associate (Wendy Spillum) at Rudy Luther in Golden Valley. Last week I finally decided to trade this car in and buy a new Toyota. I contacted Wendy again and went to the dealership on a busy Saturday. Wendy had other customers on this busy day, but somehow managed to coordinate her efforts and provided more than enough time for me to purchase a new car. She saw to it that the car was ready that day, and made contacts with the "accessories salesperson" and the financial department. She even took that time to show me how to set up the Bluetooth menu (as well as other menus). I was quite surprised that this whole transaction was completed and I drove the car away on the same day. Great Staff effort = happy customer. More

quick fix for a headlight out There were no appointments available when I checked online, but my headlight was out.
