He helps me when I cannot remember how to reset something on my computer. He always looks into my issues and tries to fix them even if it is not successful like fixing my tire pressure monitoring system so it doesn't always go off when the weather gets cold, or repeating the issues/glitches I have had with my electrical system. He has noted these issues for future reference if I continue to have problems. More
