4.5 stars - great salesman and dealership I basically picked out my 2016 Higlander online and came in to test drive before making my decision. Lou Schutz greeted me right away and took me ou I basically picked out my 2016 Higlander online and came in to test drive before making my decision. Lou Schutz greeted me right away and took me out for a test drive and talked about the car and its merits. Came back on a Saturday to purchase the car. They agreed to hold the car until the following Friday to allow me to arrange my own financing. Lou followed up with me to make sure that there were no issues with the Highlander after purchase. Really looking forward to the first and fifth oil change for free at the dealership and the discounts at Holiday gas stations for gas and car washes. Only downside of whole transaction was sitting in the dealership for 45 minutes on a Friday from 4:30 to 5:15 to start signing the papers in their finance department. Would definitely recommend Rudy Luther Toyota to friends and family. More

Great service I came in for a side door recall. During my first visit, they had to work around my installed heated seats that were not put in by Toyota. They took I came in for a side door recall. During my first visit, they had to work around my installed heated seats that were not put in by Toyota. They took extra time to do this and did not charge me anything extra. That was great service. Unfortunately when they did this they accidently were wired straight to the battery so if the heated seats were left on the battery was drained. So on my second trip they had to correct that issue again and did it graciously. More

I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance Jeremy Hassler has taken care of me, once again! I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance - so I could get my truck towed to Rudy Luther's in Golden Valley (under warranty). He got me in right away, found out the problem, Ordered the Part, and set me up with a Loaner Vehicle (until the next day - when the Part arrived). I have been to Rudy Luther's several times thru the years, and Jeremy has always given Very Good Customer Service. I am in Customer Service as well, and find Good Customer Service hard to find...Not so with Jeremy. Please let Jeremy know that his efforts are Greatly Appreciated! More
