I have been taking my car here for service for years and I always feel they take good care of my car. This last auto purchase is the second time I’ve purchased a car at this dealership. I think it all went well, but I did feel a little rushed into purchasing it. Dealer was personable and helpful and answered my questions. But I felt some pressure to not wait to buy, partly with the current environment and some with the dealer. More

Everyone at the dealership was very kind, and offered support. Even though they are a very busy location, I never felt rushed. I had a great experience with Tony Zemke when buying a used Prius. He gave me a comprehensive view of what the process would entail, the positives and potential concerns with each car I was interested in, stuck to making suggestions within my desired budget, and did not pressure at all into making a specific choice.
