Love the concierge service! I used the concierge service for my regular service. Misha Spupica was prompt, super friendly, and attended to all of my needs. Misha was very careful with sterilizing the car when he was done. It was such a treat. I always appreciate that they wash the outside of the car. He was super polite, wore gloves and a mask, and wiped down my car when dropping it back off. Now they offer vehicle pick-up and drop-off for a service appointment. They have an incredible process and it went so smoothly. Misha was the driver who came to get my car. He is so thoughtful and kind. I received a notice call that he was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. He had a mask and gloves, and carried a caddy with cleaning supplies. My car was returned much sooner than I expected, Misha again let me know he was on his way and once he arrived. I came out and he was wiping down the entire area of the driver’s side, cleaned my keys with Clorox while he wore a glove. My car had great service, it was washed and looks nice and I had a perfect interaction with Misha. I still can’t believe I didn’t have to drive there and sit and wait! More
