Aside from a glut of cars coming in at apparently the same time, delaying the start of my appointment, Zach took care of my Toyota and me yesterday. He greeted me like an old friend, and he continued to behave that way with each interaction. He reviewed the diagnostic tests with me, and he gave me good counsel on what to do and what could be deferred. Some day, I'll buy a new car.
