Got the expert help I needed When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I headed to the Service department and received excellent service from Mark Pua. After a battery test, the cost of which was waived, I was given all the options, including keeping the current starter battery, but chose to have it replaced.
