Got the expert help I needed When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I he When my Prius battery had to be jump started twice in two days I called the dealership and got the support I needed. After the second jump start I headed to the Service department and received excellent service from Mark Pua. After a battery test, the cost of which was waived, I was given all the options, including keeping the current starter battery, but chose to have it replaced. No pressure, just lots of collaboration and mutual respect. Very much appreciated. More

Despite a mechanic not being available and some tech issues, Ryan personally tried to help and make sure we diagnosed the issue. He then offered some good counsel on how best to proceed that I really appreciated. Ryan is taking great care of his customers! More
