Excellent service as always I met a relatively new service rep, Mark, who met the high level of service that I have come to expect. Excellent personalized service. Very friendly and helpful I had gone out and started my truck on the morning we were loading the trailer for our move, and noticed the power steering was making a lot of noise. I had gone out and started my truck on the morning we were loading the trailer for our move, and noticed the power steering was making a lot of noise. I knew this meant low power steering fluid and looked under the truck to find it pouring out. I called Rudy Luther Toyota and the guy said to bring it in, and they would at a minimum get it diagnosed that day. John Delander was the service desk rep that ended up helping me when I pulled in. I told him my story, and he noted my ticket as ASAP. As a result my truck was repaired and ready for pickup that same afternoon. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service John provided. He understood our urgency and was able to get us our truck back rapidly. Not only that it, but it was discovered during the repair that our truck has some major rust issues on the frame. He willing spent time with me and talked me through the problem and options for next steps. It was depressing news and I greatly apprecieated John’s sincerity in the help he provided. "So many people, so little time!" As always, I was immediately greeted and assisted. I was informed re: the work that needed to take place, and was advised to take out a loaner car ( As always, I was immediately greeted and assisted. I was informed re: the work that needed to take place, and was advised to take out a loaner car (as the repairs would be fairly extensive). In no time at all, I was on my way.... and was contacted later that afternoon about picking my car up. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I typically work with John D; he's always been SO kind and so helpful . But he wasn't available on this particular day. Terry, Kevin, and a host of others helped me get on my way, a satisfied customer again! I have considered going back to driving a Honda (as I did so for decades prior to getting my RAV 4). The only thing I don't like about my Fav 4 is that it provides a bit of a blind spot (maybe due to my height), and it has been problematic at times. But deep down I know I'll stay w/Rudy Luther Toyota - and that's BECAUSE of the incredible (and consistent) service you offer! Thanks everyone. More

I arrived 5 minutes early but Zach Lofgren, my service advisor, was ready and welcomed me immediately. He was incredibly friendly and even gave me updates as I waited. In addition they washed my car for me which was great. They also had late service hours to accommodate my work schedule. I’m 100% happy with my visit to my hthe service department...5% because I could conveniently book online, 10% because of the car wash, and 85% because of the great service advisor! More

Terrific service , exceeded my expectations, I came in for an oil change at the time recommended by Matt Knutson (he’s always so helpful) Matt wasn’t there but Eric helped me.
