I had an appointment for my 90,000 miles at 7am. Got in on time. Next I went to the parts department to return a part I had bought that I did not need and I did not have the receipt for. They were able to find it in the system and refunded my money. Nice. Later that day I got a call from John Delander. He informed me I needed a water pump and that it could be done that day. And it was. Also, that my sliding door would be fixed due to a recall. Parts are ordered and will be painted…. All is well. More

Please don’t accuse your customers of installing parts without looking at it. Floor service manager never look into the issue, but keep questioning me how I know it’s not the issue, if I didn’t install it without looking at it. He told me the details of the ABS part being damage because it’s installed onto a vehicle. I asked him, so you seen it with your own eyes? He reply no. Exactly! I would gladly paid for the parts if I did use it, but please don’t make-up a new return policy. Please retrained your staff to never take our items into the back room, I’m assuming your staff did something to it. NO customer services!!! I do wish the store owner understands the frustration I had to deal with and it could of been handle differently. More
