Great Service Department response by Renee! Due to some commitments, I brought my car in much earlier than scheduled. It was also the busiest time for the dealership. But Renee Norris noticed my "anxiety", called me over to her desk, got me registered and on my way in less time than it is taking me to write this! When I returned to pick up, the car was right out front, and she allowed me to store my "stuff" in her office while I went to get my receipt. I had my key and was in my car in half the time it took me to check in (which was fast!). And the dealership did this knowing my service was covered under the normal service plan, meaning they didn't make lots off me. What a great service experience! More
