Friendly efficient. It would be nice if they were a bit more familiar with Affinity Incentives, and how to properly apply them for the customer. Volvos are great cars. Rusnak Pasadena has poor/ rude customer service. After signing the paperwork for the vehicle, it was a 180 change in attitude and professionalism. Vehicle condition: We had an appointment with Andi to view a used XC60. The vehicle mechanics was fine, but the car was dirty and didn’t allow us to see the many scratches and dents the car had. Transparency: Before buying the vehicle we were told it only needed a battery change. After purchasing they said it needed more work but we’re not forthcoming with the information. After two days of waiting I had to call and speak directly with the service manager. Customer service: Before buying the vehicle, communication was quick and friendly. After signing the paperwork, it was difficult to get hold of anyone on the sales team to answer questions. Moreover they were rude when I asked for clarification. Follow up: My wife and I were shocked by the rude customer service we received. I wrote an email to the GM Meena Daoud, and CC’d online sales manager Chris Harrison and floor sales manger Douglas Harland. Only Doug responded, it has been almost a month and still no accountability from the GM. At the end of the day I am tired of spending energy on this issue and simply decided to purchase a new vehicle at another Volvo dealership. They do not value/ respect their customers time. More

Only giving 1 star because it's impossible to give zero. The worst customer service experience of my life. 100k EX90 that has been to the shop 7 times in the 3 months we have had it. This was our 5th Volvo we bought from the dealer and still cant get any help other than contact Volvo USA who doesn't respond at all. The car is currently sitting in our driveway because it wont go into gear. Been trying to get ahold of service for 2 days now. Car doesn't get close to the mileage it's promised, the software still doesn't work, all the promises that were made about the cars functions and updates were broken. So happy to have paid the 5k over stick because of the "high demand" the vehicle and its "next level" technology.
