Very friendly and helpful We called on a used vehicle and spoke to Verletta Massey. When we arrived she greeted us and had the vehicle ready to look at. Amazingly helpful!!! I brought my car to Rusnak to be repaired while I was on vacation. I came to pick it up on a Friday just before closing time (traffic delays). As I wa I brought my car to Rusnak to be repaired while I was on vacation. I came to pick it up on a Friday just before closing time (traffic delays). As I was driving on the freeway I heard a horrible noise, so I went back to Rusnack. Unfortunately it was past closing time. Fortunately there were four kind people who were willing to help me! Nadeem Adams was still there and was very helpful. Mr. De la Torre, a Rusnak mechanic, was willing to put my car on a lift and take a look even though it was past closing. Eva de la Torre also stayed and brought us water while we waited for the outcome. It turns out that there was a problem with my brake pads rubbing on metal, which could have caught on fire if I had attempted to drive home, which I would have done if they hadn't stayed to look at the car. The car rental agency was closed, so Brandy was wonderful and organized getting us a loaner so we could get home. I will always be grateful for the caring helpfulness of these four who, out of the kindness of their hearts, stayed late on a Friday to help us!! Many, many thanks!!!! More
