I was experiencing car trouble right before closing time and I was nearby Rusnak. I was hesitant to take my car in but I was afraid to drive home with my granddaughter in the car so I decided to pull in. Ro and I was nearby Rusnak. I was hesitant to take my car in but I was afraid to drive home with my granddaughter in the car so I decided to pull in. Roman could hear the noise coming from my engine and assisted us. Stressed it was dangerous to continue driving the vehicle. I shared my concern because of my past experience and he reassured he would take care of us. We were offered a Uber home. Roman was detailed in explaining the issue with my car. Made me feel at ease and I trusted his input. Definitely will be back. More
