Tire Puncture Replacement Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Vo Wife ran over some debris on on the freeway causing a puncture on the sidewall of our XC40. We took the vehicle to Rusnak and mentioned our Care by Volvo Program. The tire was completely replaced the same day free of charge, no questions asked. As a consumer, you always expect companies to hold their end of the bargain and Rusnak has come through on more than one occasion. I've had experiences with other dealers who have tried to squeeze some sort of payment even when fully under warranty. Rusnak checked their system, told us we were all good, and we were on our way. On another occasion, we had a faulty part on our lift gate that is prone to loosening up. Although they mentioned it would be a long shot to get it covered, they still came through with an all new part free of charge, meaning the Care by Volvo program that I am paying for every month covered it. All in all, a super fair dealer and a great service team practicing great customer service. More

Taken advantage of Came in at my scheduled time yet my service rep wasn't there so explained everything that needed to be done to another service rep. The received a phone call from my originally scheduled service rep and had to explain it all again. After agreeing to spend over $700 on routine maintenance, was asked to spend another $85 to have the volvo emblem on the front of the car replaced, although it was clearly a defective part. Come on! Rusnak and Volvo should be better than that. Don't think I will be using the service department again. I don't like being taken advantage of. More
