She knew we were from out of town and helped us get a solution. While she worked with us she helped a number of your other customers and always with a friendly, positive, upbeat attitude. This kind of employee is pure gold for any company. The only additional comment is I understand why you charge 3% more to use a credit card. It is not a new concept. However, it is a negative concept and your staff and deakership come across as negative trying to explain it. Why not make it a positive experience. Set your pricing up that the price includes that cost if someone uses a credit card. But, offer the customer a DISCOUNT to pay in cash, check, debit card etc. then you turn a negative into a positive by offering the customer an option to pay less if they use cash, check or debit card.
