Very disappointed a certified preowned vehicle needs a new set of 4 tires a few months after leaving the lot. Expectations of certified would be tires in excellent shape or replaced / new. I had a 10:00 appointment,for an oil change and tire rotation..I asked Ian about the recommended replacing of the AC filter.. He patiently explained how it works and why it needed changing. He was done rotation..I asked Ian about the recommended replacing of the AC filter.. He patiently explained how it works and why it needed changing. He was done by 11:00 and even fixed a recall item I was not aware of. Very nice, polite, knowledgeable and personable young man. I will request him for my next service. More
