I can in to purchase a suv that was NOT available to view as I was assured I am 22 yrs old with a credit score > 700 I asked that my credit NOT be ran because I had already been pre approved by my credit uni as I was assured I am 22 yrs old with a credit score > 700 I asked that my credit NOT be ran because I had already been pre approved by my credit union RUSS DARROW ran my credit anyway of course pulling my earned credit score down I am very upset to say the least I left broken in my sprit and no vehicle they loss a sure sale it’s like they say the customer is right and the seller should not undermine a customer by going behind their back just to make a sell I am disappointed and will not to business with them again Shame on them for taking advantage of a good customer More
Came in with my 9 year old daughter with the intention of buying a car. Darrell was a complete gentleman, polite and accommodating and was not offering any pressure at all. He took the time in his busy day to run back to the sales desk multiple times to make sure I understood all my options. I’m a 43 year old man and I could guess his age was close to mine but he still offered the courtesy of calling me sir. I’m a manager in the retail business and understand the importance of great customer service and that sometimes the pleasantries feel fake. His service was genuine and polite and just what I was looking for when dealing with purchasing a new vehicle. He was up front and honest about car buying in these times of supply and demand. He went above and beyond by following me to drop my rental off and bringing me back to the dealership while keeping my daughters comforts in mind. That was not overlooked on my part. Great job Darrell and great job to the dealership recognizing and adjusting their sales performance to customers demands. More
