I’m a manager in the retail business and understand the importance of great customer service and that sometimes the pleasantries feel fake. His service was genuine and polite and just what I was looking for when dealing with purchasing a new vehicle. He was up front and honest about car buying in these times of supply and demand. He went above and beyond by following me to drop my rental off and bringing me back to the dealership while keeping my daughters comforts in mind. That was not overlooked on my part.
