I was thankful when I brought my car in for an oil change that they discovered the rodent damage, however the part they needed took a month to arrive so I was without a car for that time because they did not that they discovered the rodent damage, however the part they needed took a month to arrive so I was without a car for that time because they did not offer a loaner car. They also did not offer me any type of discount for any services because "the damage wasn't their fault." While the damage wasn't their fault, it was ridiculous that the part took a month to arrive and there was not even a thought of providing me a discount for making me carless for an entire month which was a huge inconvenience on my life. I came in to see about an issue with gears getting stuck and a rattle, and was told it was the transmission, which they would only replace. I agreed to the fix as I was told that was the problem I was havin and a rattle, and was told it was the transmission, which they would only replace. I agreed to the fix as I was told that was the problem I was having, and the $3000 dollar repair didn’t fix the issue I brought my car in for. I was assured the car drove fine, but within 48 hours it was the same as before. I have called over multiple days and left messages with the dealer, but haven’t received any response. More
