Mark I am sorry you feel this way and we take nothing but pride in our transparency and customer satisfaction both in service as well as the sales department. The Saturday you first came in to look at and drive the Niro we were upfront that we use live market pricing and all prices are best and final that are published. You came back Monday and then again on Tuesday to complete the purchase . The certification from KIA MOTORS is no joke or marketing scam as we have to register and pay a fee to certify vehicles on customers behalves and in return they can rest assured not only their vehicle passed all WI statutes but also a higher test to be considered Certified by the manufacturer. The windshield is not cracked , broken or anything outside of normal wear and tear for a one year old and only 3k mile vehicle. MSRP on this one year old vehicle was $48,000 (which we showed you when you were here) and you paid over $13,000 off that for this hard to find plug in hybrid. You are welcome to return this vehicle by 6/7 and be fully reimbursed if you decide to do so ( in same condition as sold ). Again I am sorry you feel this way and the need to leave this review on multiple websites. Please let us know if you would like to return the vehicle and we can make the proper arrangements.

I very much disagree, the windshield condition is far outside of normal wear and tear for a certified vehicle with low miles. My other 15 year-old car has an original windshield in much better condition than this one. It has more than 50 scratches across the entirety of the windshield from left and right and top to bottom across the entire field of view. It should never have been sold in that condition as a certified car. The certified pre-owned designation is pointless if it doesn’t even assure that the windshield will be in acceptable condition. I paid 100% full asking price for the car. I’m not asking for a discount or refund. Your claims of MSRP value are absurd - there is no such thing as MSRP on a pre-owned car. At this point I am not interested in returning the car after all this time spent on it. My complaint is not with the car itself (other than the windshield condition). My complaint is with the appallingly poor customer service at Russ Darrow Kia Madison and your unwillingness to make this right with a simple fix. My request is not unreasonable to fix a problem on a car that was this expensive - I am simply requesting a replacement windshield.
