Lemon dealer Don’t trust this dealer! I brought a used car back in September 2017 first day test drive went good, the salesman sweet talked me buying the car, sinc Don’t trust this dealer! I brought a used car back in September 2017 first day test drive went good, the salesman sweet talked me buying the car, since I have to go into work I told him I’ll pick up the car later. When I picked up the car all went downhill from that moment!!!!!! Car start making noise so they check ASAP find out the muffler loose so they tie up and fixed and then next week my windshield fluid not working find out windshield tip need to get replaced. Then few weeks later find out my car stalls so open the hood saw oil leaking everywhere, when they replaced my windshield tips they also broke my power steering res and serp belt, since is their fault is free. REMIND YOU I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR SEPTEMBER! So car is been driving funny since the belt is replaced it still stalls and jerks too. On January 14 engine light on and vsa light on almost died on the highway lucky traffic light we managed to get home safe. Brought the car in today January 15/2018 they told me I need engine oil pressure switch replaced and also need new tires and rear brakes!!!! I was so upset I just had this car checked in October tires are fine and front brakes at 7 rear at 6 today tell told me I need new tires and back brakes is at 3 I need to replace them!? I tried taking to sales manager he just pass the phone to service department! No help at all so what’s next my engine will quit working on me next!? Remind you there still more problems that I haven’t mention in here.....I got ripoff they sold me a lemon car! Do not trust dealer! More

True customer concern amid poorly streamlined service The employees really care and want to help get your car the service it needs. The service technicians did a good job. The down side is that a drive up oil change can take 1 hour or more. I feel like it’s partly due to your car siitting in the indoor bay’s gridlock. This visit I added a detailing service (car wash with hand dry, Vacume) to my oil change so I understood it would take a bit longer. Got home and found the rear tailgate carpet area was NOT even touched. Since some competitors include vacuuming as a part of their oil change, It is frustrating to pay extra for the carpet to be cleaned and not even get a thorough job. Despite this mishap I do appreciate the customer service I revived from the check in staff. More

I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, so we hammered out pre-approval and much of the negotiations via email. By the time I stepped foot in the dealership, my financing was ready to go and it was a short, simple process to finalize the deal.
