Unpleasant Sales Experience I was interested in purchasing a used car but my interaction with Bob in the Used Car section was less than pleasant. When I offered a lower price th I was interested in purchasing a used car but my interaction with Bob in the Used Car section was less than pleasant. When I offered a lower price than the car listing he was rude and verbally defensive. I understand that he might not be able to accept that price but I didn't expect him to be rude to me. I have gone to a couple of other dealers and all of them treated me professionally and with respect. That included 2 dealers where I offered a lower price than what the car was listed for and a they could not meet my offer - but they never changed their professional dealing with me. I'm not sure if Bob just doesn't know handle a sales conversation that doesn't work they way he wants it to or if he struggles dealing with woman car buyers. Either way I would not go back to him. I can't comment on the dealership as a whole just on Bob. More
