We were very impressed with how much Wally listened to what we needed and was more than considerate (Along with Brandon) about our budget and what we were searching for in a new car. Lacking...a lot! Didn't schedule me for what I needed done (an oil change). Was informed a factory update was needed and told me I would be waiting an hour. We were lead to a very small waiting area where your knees touched your neighbor. I asked for a loaner car so I could get somewhere while I waited. I was told I could rent one. After waiting an hour in the waiting room (watching sales men eye up women patrons), I was told it was still going to be another 45 minutes. I was frustrated and told the staff I needed to find a place to get food. I was then offered a ride from a service they provided. Ugh! Very nice people that I dealt with but needed to know what KIA offers their customers. Compared to other dealerships this place lacks: class from staff, comfort for customers, knowledge of KIA's amenities and listening skills. Now, this is a mouth full from someone who doesn't complain? More

Switched Vehicles Never gave a bad review before, but after today - had to warn others before they wasted their time. Saw a car online that had all the options we wanted. Drove 40 minutes to Russ Darrow Kia Waukesha. Told them why we were there & picture of web-site ad. While we waited, here comes the most filthy car on the lot. I looked at sticker and said 'this is NOT the car in ad" he said yes it is, the stock # matches. Well, I wasnt there to buy a 'stock #'. Quickly noticed a few minor scratches or scuffing (new car mind you). After leaving a crying 18 month old at day care & driving 40 minutes I had to voice my disaproval. This car did not have 10miles on it, this thing did not have the tow package, this poopbox did not have the correct price, AND this lemon did Not have a V6 engine -all of which were in the AD. Mistakes are made all the time, but never to this extent. The only feature that was the same was the color - just not enough to sell ME. If I was more skeptical, I would have thought that they just wanted to sell this thing & trying to find a sucker. BEWARE, verify before you go here, make dang sure they have correct car/options & stuff. Miserable day. On the way out I farted - only pleasure I got today.. More
