I sent Brandon an email on Friday with some specifics about the type of vehicle we were looking for. Dennis called on Saturday saying they had an Optima that met all of our requirements. We got to the dealer around 4 PM, knowing they closed at 5 PM. Dennis showed us the car, went through all the features, etc. We took it for a test drive and were sold. When we got back into the dealership, Brandon made sure to get us the deal we were seeking. We agreed to get the paperwork started just before 5. Dennis stayed with us through the entire finacining process even though he told us he had a xmas party to get to. We appreciated the time and attention they both showed us. They didn't care about the time on the clock. They only cared about making sure we got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. I will continue to go back to these guys time and time again. Great service & reasonable pricing I had Kemani helping me out with selecting a pre-owned vehicle. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the different cars I was looking at. When I returned to Russ Darrow Kia later in the day all the managers introduced themselves and were all very polite and helpful. The finance department was extremely helpful in keeping my payments low and Kemani was willing to negotiate a reasonable price for the vehicle I selected. They also gave me a good price on an 18 year old vehicle I had for trade in. Overall, the dealership made my experience pleasant and I would certainly recommend at least going to speak with Kemani to see what deals he can offer before purchasing a vehicle. More
