Had appointment made through Jacob wanted him to be our representative. Had a young inexperienced person. Started repair and charged us$600and then said they found an additional Robles to the cast of over representative. Had a young inexperienced person. Started repair and charged us$600and then said they found an additional Robles to the cast of over $1200 and an additional 3 hours wait after being there 3 hours already. Car makes more rattles than ever. Told us car is safe to drive. ??????? More
