MSRP and Sale price were both the same on the internet and it was within our price range and the vehicle was in sto Setup a time to test drive an SUV. MSRP and Sale price were both the same on the internet and it was within our price range and the vehicle was in stock. This turned into a waste of (3) hours with driving over there and test driving and going thru the whole pricing game--the SUV was actually $3000 more than sale price listed (just because it was "so" popular & they could add that $$ on) ok so that is frustrating. Then another $5500 for a warranty/options package that is already on the vehicle (not noted ahead of time of course anywhere) & you cant avoid that extra cost. Having known all of that ahead of time would have been nice-then we simply dont make the trip and do all the legwork then)---you dont really go to buy a specific vehicle and it is almost $10,000 more than the actual SALE price listed typically. The listed SALE price is usually the sale price or at least the starting price & it goes lower--that is why it is the SALE price? Frustrating. More
