Waited over 2. 5 hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 9:30 am and they didn't even take my car in until after 11 am. What made it worse was that no one co 5 hours for an oil change. The young man that checked my car in, was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I called twice after a week and was unable to get an update. I did receive a return call and that the car was ready to be knowledgeable and friendly. I called twice after a week and was unable to get an update. It isn't what you say is how you say it and he has a very nasty and rude demeanor, not to mention the fact that I was charged a totally different amount from the estimate that I was given verbally and in a text message. They did a multipoint inspection and left my filters and parts on the floor of the car. I had to put it back together. Didn't even put them back. She ordered the part but when I said it would be a week befo parts on the floor of the car. I had to put it back together. Didn't even put them back.
