It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I went in with a bad attitude because we needed a car and other dealerships were not being helpful. My kids said let’s go to FACILITO as they called I went in with a bad attitude because we needed a car and other dealerships were not being helpful. My kids said let’s go to FACILITO as they called if from the commercial. My husband called and they said they would wait for us to get ther. We went and had such great service. It was really a team effort and they got us in a car. They even stayed till after close to complete all the paper work to make sure we let in our new Jeep! Thank you soooo much! Mil gracias to all! I didn't have an appointment but because my mom was one of his previous customers, he assisted us. He found a car within my price range, with what I was putting down, that was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his attentiveness, patience and attitude while dealing with me because I know it was a difficult process but he saw it through. Although he's a car salesman, I never felt pushed or forced to do anything which I really appreciate. Mike, I thank you and your assistance, she was phenomenal as well. God bless! More

Went in for a car... got a car and all weather mats Did some research before going in found the best price at this dealership so decided to go in. Casey helped us out, he’s new but I almost liked that b Did some research before going in found the best price at this dealership so decided to go in. Casey helped us out, he’s new but I almost liked that better, he double checked online pricing and went above and beyond to get information for us. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped narrow down our choices. We were there pretty late but we didn’t feel rushed at all. There was a minor issue with my car key battery dying but they fixed it immediately and threw in some all weather mats for my trouble. Definitely recommend Russ Darrow and Casey. More
