Stopped in the dealership on 8/2 to determine whether we could use a "maintenance/care" coupon from last year. Philip took the time to explain to us that the squealing of the brakes was normal and why that was so. He said that in addition to the oil change and other checks that they would inspect the brakes to make sure that they were OK. I just want to say that this whole experience of purchasing and servicing of our vehicle has been a very gratifying experience.
