We were 1 hour into our drive to Florida when our 2021 Durango engine light came on and the engine/car was shaking. We pulled in to your dealership and Kris and team immediately diagnosed the problem as a Durango engine light came on and the engine/car was shaking. We pulled in to your dealership and Kris and team immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed spark plug. They corrected the problem and we were back on the road within two hours. This place is an absolute scam. I would tell anyone to avoid buying a used car from them. Paid more for a vehicle with extra features and was told they worked, but they didn't.
