Went in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. Also, there were oily (motor oil) fingerprints all over the inner door handle, door window edge, steering wheel, and both seats! Terrible! More

Staff Members are sincere and treat me with GENUINE KINDNESS. My family has owned seven Mazda’s, different models of the CX Series, since the past ten years. We’ve passed our cars down to our children and they are still in perfect driving condition. I worked with Rebecca and she is a very nice young lady. A real keeper. The only thing I didn’t like was the surcharge for using my credit card. Very good service, the GM Dean is very helpful and service manager also did her best to help me but the only issue I had was the credit card 3.5% extra charge for using it??!! I never had any dealers service manager also did her best to help me but the only issue I had was the credit card 3.5% extra charge for using it??!! I never had any dealership ask fir extra money for a service that they have to provide as a means of service to client. Anyway I really think this has to be more transparent so we as clients don’t get surprised and disappointed at the end but other than this every one in that dealership is great to work with.
