Don’t walk…RUN away from this place Tried to get a simple oil change a couple years ago and had a tail light that wasn’t working. Immediately told I needed a new bulb but they didn’t have it in stock. simple oil change a couple years ago and had a tail light that wasn’t working. Immediately told I needed a new bulb but they didn’t have it in stock. When I got home, the connecting wire was off and when I connected it…voila, everything worked. They gave recommendations on a repair without even diagnosing anything Against better judgement, went to get my oil changed here again. Now they didn’t reset the service light. Called and the rep over the phone told me some troubleshooting steps. Light is still on. Tried calling the service manager with no calls back Again, I would recommend anywhere but here More

Bruce in service is a great guy to work with, his boss on the other hand HORRIBLE! My car was there for damage that they caused and while it was there someone opened a door into my car and left a big dent in the other hand HORRIBLE! My car was there for damage that they caused and while it was there someone opened a door into my car and left a big dent in my door and the service manager Zoey DIDNT care at all!! So if you take your vehicle there make sure you get her to walk around your vehicle!! I took my car without them fixing it and was so disappointed i traded it in on a different vehicle. More

Went in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. They obviously took it out to check the air When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. They obviously took it out to check the air filter. Also, there were oily (motor oil) fingerprints all over the inner door handle, door window edge, steering wheel, and both seats! Terrible! More
