This shop only cares about money, not service. I was shopping for cars a couple years ago, and this shop was my first stop. The salesman was respectful, but the finance guy was a creep. He asked me to come into his office, proceeded to try to flirt with me, and then offered his weed pen to me. I left without buying a car, and purchased my Mazda elsewhere. Now, there’s a recall and extended warranty issue that I wanted to get fixed at a Mazda dealership. I called Mazda Metro and made the appointment for the repairs. I took time off work to drive to the shop just for them to tell me it’ll be nearly $300 to run diagnostics and other things which they failed to mentioned when I made the appointment. I left immediately. I called another Mazda dealership and they took care of the issue without charging me anything. More

Went in for a last minute wheel alignment appointment which was more than happy they had an available slot. But upon the service I was sent the usual video (with service updates and explanations). In thi which was more than happy they had an available slot. But upon the service I was sent the usual video (with service updates and explanations). In this video it started off with my car parked and ready to go while stating that my inner tie rod was disconnected and they had connected and tightened everything. It left me clueless as me and a certified mechanic (UTI grad) made sure everything was connected the day prior. I was able to make it to the dealership (30 mins mixed on and off the high way) with no issues on pulling, shaking, popping noises, etc. If the tie rod was truly disconnected they should have shown it on part of the video as they always record problems before and after; from my personal experiences at Mazda dealerships. Now I am not calling them liars but it is something to question. Also I was charged an environmental fee. Normally I understand that fee on an oil change or tires or something being removed and thrown away. But for a wheel alignment?! What exactly did they need to safely dispose of? Latex gloves? Overall the service has been completed and it’s all I went in for. So that’s a positive side…. Now I have to find out why there’s a popping sound from the driver side when I steer left. It was not there before the alignment but I will be taking it to be seen by someone else instead. Thank you for attending my ted talk! More

Overall, the dealership is on par with others. Clear communication both in sales and service could improve. They seem to under quote then add additional costs. They lost a sale because of this. T Clear communication both in sales and service could improve. They seem to under quote then add additional costs. They lost a sale because of this. Them claimed since it was verbal price the sales manager gave it would not honor what I was quoted. The sales person was present and understood the negotiation but would not step up on my behalf. Even in service for a covered oil change, it was indicated I needed a cabin filter, showed me it would be $45 but totaled $62. They said it was a disposal fee. I offered to take the filter and throw it away. The rep said it was a standard fee with every service. Then quote it that way! More
