At the beginning our experience was amazing. They went to go get the car we wanted from another dealership & we patiently waited. Our sales associated said we could finance a roof rack & we would get 6 oil c go get the car we wanted from another dealership & we patiently waited. Our sales associated said we could finance a roof rack & we would get 6 oil changes for free included with the car.. at the end stated we didn't qualify for the roof rack but we would still get the oil changes and free car washes. When we took a look at our contract we seen 2,500 in additional fees. Which is gap, road hazard and mantience fee. I called in and they stated they need to speak with my husband. My husband comes in and they tell him he will get a call back the next day to take these off .. Since we didn't get a call he calls in the morning and gets told he needs to do it online. After he was told it would be taken care of by our finance guy jason. I call to see what information is the accurate one. And they tell me they will call back. No call back. I call again and I have left my number twice and still gave no recieved a call back. I ask the operator who can I submit to and I get transferred to russ darrow kia in waukesha & until today I am waiting on a call back. More
