Shocked and amazed! I was in a car accident and my car was totaled due to a car smashing into to me. I needed a car right away and I couldn’t wait for everything to be se I was in a car accident and my car was totaled due to a car smashing into to me. I needed a car right away and I couldn’t wait for everything to be settled, so I found a used car I could afford right away. I walked into Russ Darrow looking to buy a 2007 Suzuki . I sat down with Rigo and he was very honest about the car I wanted to buy. He explained some of the work I might have to put into the car. He asked if I thought about buying a newer car. I explained my credit issues and how I had a lots of medical bills on my credit, so There was no way I would qualify for something new. He assured me he could help me and he could get me into a better and more reliable car. I was afraid of being turned down and walking out without a vehicle. Rigo worked hard on finding and figuring out the best options for me. As I sat there full of Anxiety waiting, Rigo keep reassuring me. Once he told me I was approved for a car I still was in disbelief! Rigo found the perfect car for me to test drive. I walked out the door and there was a 2019 brand new car waiting for me!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it, I was totally expecting something around 2010. I drove the car and I loved it!!!! Once I received my keys to my brand new car, I was excited I had to give him a hug!! When I tell you guys how I honestly didn’t think it was possible with my credit, they will help you! Rigo is amazing, I have a brand new car with affordable payments! More

Being a young individual with minimal credit history made the car buying experience difficult. So when I entered Russ Darrow, I had already felt defeated and hopeless. Originally i went in with the intention to leave with a cheap and used car, maybe within a couple hours, but then Rigo Sanchez met with me and my mother and by some magic or miracle, helped me purchase a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander! These guys worked their butts off and were so helpful that I almost wanted to cry. I am still in disbelief that this is my car. I kept waiting for the bad news to happen, that something went off track, but instead they kept bringing better deals. Ten Stars Rigo and Team! More

Never Use Again I had a question/concern regarding my vehicle's service and was met by a response from Bob Sterling, not only with a lack of care, desire or willingne I had a question/concern regarding my vehicle's service and was met by a response from Bob Sterling, not only with a lack of care, desire or willingness to address it prior to coming to a conclusion, but I was yelled at, insulted and in so many words told my concern had no merit. His response was unacceptable, unprofessional and of low standard. Because of him I canceled my repair and went to a different dealer. On the flip side, Marvin Garrison was a pleasure to work with. I felt he had a genuine concern for my experience. He kept me informed and did everything in his ability to help. He was very professional, understanding, respectful and should be considered a valued asset to the dealer. More
