Mike was very friendly and understanding as possible to get me in and out. I got out of work late the night before and our appointment was early. So there wasn’t any games being played. I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and emissions test. My car was done at 4:05pm, but they told me they could no longer do the emissions tests since it was after 4pm. Having had an appointment and being there for *an hour and a half* for two generally pretty quick services, I couldn't believe that the emissions test wasn't done. If I have an appointment set ahead of time, I would expect you would be able to start my service at or shortly after that time. I scheduled the appointment instead of just coming as a walk-in for this reason. The last few times I've come for service, it has taken much longer than expected. More
