Very bad service on car Had my alternator replaced (990-dollars) here March 11th and when I went to pick up the car it had not been washed. But that's not the worst of it. A Had my alternator replaced (990-dollars) here March 11th and when I went to pick up the car it had not been washed. But that's not the worst of it. A window had clearly been left down on the front drivers side and there was easily a full cup of water in my Weathertech floor mats. Thankfully I have those mats or all that water would have been soaked into the carpets. I can only assume my leather seats on the drivers side were also soaked but they had dried by the time I picked up the car. Making this even worse is the fact that the window was UP when I picked up the car, indicating someone had to drive the car knowing full well there was water inside and didn't bother to dump it out or clean it up. But that's still not the worst of it. Arriving home I opened the hood and found that the plastic retainers holding the cowling around the radiator in place were simply put in place, but not secured...they were just stuck in the holes but not snapped into place. Also the plastic shield under the engine was not properly secured and was actually hanging down! I wrote a very calm letter to the dealer explaining the problems, including the fact that if a multi-point inspection was done, there was no paperwork to show what was found included in my invoice. I did not ask for anything, but said I simply wanted the shop manager to be aware of the problem. As of this date, April 22nd, I have not heard a word back. My note was sent through the "contact us" link on their Web site. I have learned an important lesson: do not ever have my car service by Russ Darrow again. --Ken Herrera, Thiensville More

Purchase of a New Pathfinder We purchased are Pathfinder on 3/28/2020 amidst the Coronavirus social disitaning restrictions. We were not sure how the sales process would be conduc We purchased are Pathfinder on 3/28/2020 amidst the Coronavirus social disitaning restrictions. We were not sure how the sales process would be conducted with regards to our concerns over to Coronavirus. We knew which vehicle we wanted to purchase from online research. Our Salaesale Person Troy Doering moved the Pathfinder into a service area; he along with (2) members of the service department completely wiped down the entire interior of the vehicle and allowed to test drive by ourselves without any interference or compromising social distating. Throughout the negotiations Sales Manager John Domask did an outstanding job of completing the sale quickly and very professionally while maintaining social distancing. When we went into the finance office Manager Jerad Brockel completely wiped down chairs, his desktop and presented new pens for signing the document. (we had brought are own pens for writing). The entire process took less than 4 hours which included the (1) hour we were on the test drive; mostly to explore the interior features of the vehicle. Great buying experience. More
