I worked with Mike C. Mike was very funny. The car sold itself. I almost had my mind made up when I arrived. His job was not hard. He was able to accommodate my indecision. A suggestion is to acquire a little more professionalism. Don't ask too many personal questions unrelated to business. Unrelated personal questions make customers uncomfortable. I had Mike pull up two different cars in the cold. He affixed my plates. His service met my expectations. Extra kudos to Jerad B. -finance. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
