Classic Bait and Switch !!! Very dishonest, unethical, worst car buying experience EVER! Saw a Rogue online and called to confirm the details and that it was available. A !!! Very dishonest, unethical, worst car buying experience EVER! Saw a Rogue online and called to confirm the details and that it was available. Anesha told me it was and I asked her to hold for 30 minutes which she said she would. I sent my parents as they were buying for themselves. After test driving what they thought was the car we discussed they explained to them the original car was sold and the new one would be almost $3,000 more. How could it be sold in 30 minutes when I was promised it would be held for 30 minutes? After pressing them on the situation Rob (one of the sales managers) said the car was sold 4 days ago. Even though Anesha confirmed and their website also said it was available. If your intention is to trick people into coming in at least get your story straight. My parents ultimately bought the same car from another dealership. I spoke to Rob about the situation and he chalked it up to multiple mistakes and the type of “stuff that happens in business”. Maybe your business, but most people are honest, ethical, trustworthy, and reliable. I’ve left Anesha two messages today without any call back and the General Manager was supposed to also call back, but no surprise, that never happened. Whoever responds to this review online please save the generic copy and paste response of we’ll look into it and make management aware blah blah blah. If you’re in the market for a car save yourself the trouble, time, and aggregation and go somewhere else. More

Shocked by parts that have failed and costs. Invoice was about $600. Declined $1,700 In non critical Additional repairs Other customers had bills between $500-$700 or more. Even a woman who came in for an oil change ended up getting a moon roof replaced under warranty. Serious concerns about Nissan quality. Prior usually durable parts have failed. Like shifter and the knob on top of it Dash $1300. Struts replaced twice at our expense and once on warrantee and then we stopped. More

The used car my daughter purchased had an issue that became apparent after we transacted (on a Saturday). We came back the following Monday, and the front/assistant manager, Robert, observed with us the issue firsthand and immediately brought the car into service for a diagnostic. The team were very attentive to the issue, our concerns, and subsequently identified a mechanical issue too cost prohibitive for repair. For this particular situation, they offered a full refund for the vehicle. My daughter was so relieved and greatly appreciated the care and customer service provided at Russ Darrow Nissan. Thanks! Uniformed of repairs I took my truck in for check engine light & noisy lifters. Joe (Service Writer) told me he would keep me informed about the repairs. I never heard from him till he texted me a month later telling me that the truck was done. My son in law knows the Field Tech & that was the only way I got any information on the repairs. After 4 weeks in repair I found out that the engine had been back ordered. More

First timer at Darrow Nissan service First time using Darrow service as I just moved to the area and Jose Villicana met me at my car and walked me through the process for my oil change. I asked him to quote me prices on replacing the center console and fixing my trunk because it no longer opens completely (needs new shocks). I was happy to hear that if I ordered the parts, they should be one day out so I wouldn’t be waiting forever. Very nice first impression was made and I’ll definitely use Darrow as long as I’m living in the area. More
