I had a 800+ credit score, zero debt, zero mortgage and 100k income. I could have and should have used my own credit union. Lesson learned. I was paying it off early anyways, but due to funds not currently available in account and didn't want to miss the opportunity, I thought the paperwork would be easier through them. They played the game and hammered my credit with multiple lenders to get terms changed. I guess they make more or get a kickback. How would I not qualify from 6 different lenders. The TITLE- In KS it is a requirement to have title in hand for inspection/registration- no exceptions. I made this known repeatedly. Nobody cared- Lender in Wisconsin holds title with a lien (which wasn't mentioned prior.) A month later the lender is telling me Wisconsin DMV is holding the title...WHAT! I need that title to get this registered. I have followed the lenders instructions and KS DMV instructions in getting this Title. Regardless, I will incur late fees due to temp tag will expire in two days and I'm told they may not be able to mail the title for 3 or 4 weeks, even after I paid the car off in full TODAY! I was sent an email to print the generous 30 day tag Tony forgot to send with the car. The experts here could have, but didn't steer me in a better direction to avoid this mess. I was already buying the car anyways. Joe worked with me quite well, but blatantly lied to me about wheel damage I was told would be fixed. ASSURED me it would be fixed- nope! John sent a nice email trying to resolve what was too late. Paige the cashier is more knowledgeable than all of them and was very helpful. She understood the title issue off the bat and worked to get me to the right people, but after the last signatures are made, nobody cares or is available. Bring your own lender, demand a 60 day tag and inquire about titles first if buying out of state or AVOID Russ Darrow Nissan of West Bend completely. You'll be happier. More

Have only used the service department which is very good. The waiting area, which is in the showroom, is clean bright and comfortable with complimentary coffee cold drinks and snacks. Problem was to re-install my blue tooth in rougue since I just got a new cell phone and previous info was deleted. Called to verify that was a service they did and stopped by the dealership.
