Never felt pressured to buy right away whe Bought a 2019 RAV4 Limited. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Travis was awesome to work with! Never felt pressured to buy right away when I went in for test drive or get something I did not want. I love that. Once I did know what I wanted, Travis and Patrick worked diligently to locate the vehicle quickly so I didn’t have to order it and wait 3 months. They also offered me a fair trade in value on my vehicle. Kayla was also friendly and helpful getting the test drive set up and hooking me up with Travis. I hadn’t bought a vehicle in 13 years and was a bit nervous at first. The staff at Russ Darrow helped me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend! More

Second Vehicle from Russ Darrow - No need to go elsewhere We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Russ Darrow. They did not have the exact truck on the lot that we wanted, and worked quickly - within an hour - to secure the vehicle we wanted and have it delivered within a day. We also had some scheduling challenges to overcome and they made accommodations to help us out. It was a great experience.
