Even af I recently came into Russ Darrow Toyota to take a look at a new RAV4 Adventure. Kayla did a great job of working to make sure I got best deal. Even after the first couple of banks came back with some decent interest rates, she and the rest of the team at the dealership kept at it until they found the best financing terms for me. Pretty Fantastic for a First Time Buyer I went in wanting to see in person the cars I had been considering for months. I hadn't expected or even intended to leave with the car that I had wan I went in wanting to see in person the cars I had been considering for months. I hadn't expected or even intended to leave with the car that I had wanted. Our sales rep., Travis, was super friendly and incredibly helpful. He asked for a budget and stuck to it, only offering vehicles that were slightly over. He allowed us to discuss options without us feeling pressured into anything. It felt like we were having a conversations with a friend rather than talking to a salesman. This made the experience all the more comfortable and friendly. It was a pretty fantastic experience, especially for a person who was terrified of buying their first car. Thank you so much! More
