I want to say how disappointed I was in the process of getting my car from you. I did call and left a voicemail asking the manager to call me to talk to him about my experience. I want to start with the f getting my car from you. I did call and left a voicemail asking the manager to call me to talk to him about my experience. I want to start with the fact the we have not purchased a new vehicle for well over 10 years. It is quite obvious that in that time things have changed a lot. We had found the car online and set up an appointment with heather to look at the vehicle. The price as well as car information was all online. We got to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and decide to purchase the car.There were no stickers with the purchase price on the car so I assumed it was the price that i saw online that morning was the cost of the car. I was under the impression that the price online what the price I would be paying. When Heather showed me the balance due it didn’t seem that what was online and the total she gave me was correct. When I questioned she told me the cost of the car was $21, 973. When I was looking at the car the cost was $21,793 ( I believe that’s what is was). When I questioned her she said that the cost was $21973. I showed her what I had on my phone and she told me that the price went up since the car had been detailed. Again, it has been a long time since I purchased a car but I can’t believe that is how you do business. To add to my frustration I confirmed that there were 2 key fobs and she just looked at me and said no. Only one. It is going to cost me $250.00 to get a second one. I know that at anytime we could have ended the transaction, and am upset that I didn’t make someone explain to me how you can just randomly change the price of your used vehicles. Heather wasn’t rude, but it seemed that she didn’t care one way or another. She acted offended when I showed her the price was different that I had online than she had I’m not sure if this is how your dealership is. run, but I was very disappointed in the entire process. Friendly. That said, I have about 11,000 miles on my vehicle and almost 10% of those are from going back-and-forth to the dealership from where I live. It is That said, I have about 11,000 miles on my vehicle and almost 10% of those are from going back-and-forth to the dealership from where I live. It is a 90 mile round-trip for me to get to the dealership. My $70,000 vehicle has been there eight times I believe. The last time I brought it there for my 10,000 mile service there was a bad rattle in the back door. They fixed the rattle, however, a week later, when a passenger was sitting in the back, they noted that all the electronic switches were not working. I made an appointment and figured that all they had to do was plug something back in (which was the case). Again, 90 mile round-trip. I friendly asked them, that hey since it was your screwup and I’ve had to take time off of work, travel 90 miles, and waste a half a tank of gas, could you maybe consider putting some gas in or at least giving me a free car wash. The service rep said he’d see what he could do. Much to my chagrin, when I went out to get my vehicle after it was done, neither had happened. I didn’t have time to argue because I had to get back to work, but you would think a simple car wash to keep somebody happy shouldn’t be out of the question when you’ve dropped almost 80 grand there (vehicle price plus all the extra crap they sell you on). So, my opinion of the dealership has continually declined. I was happy at first despite all the issues I’ve had with the vehicle, but again, it seems like the service is getting worse and worse. Perhaps, they are getting sick of dealing with me. That said, I’ve always been pleasant despite my frustrations. More
