The staff treated us well from the time that we arrived until the time that we left. Both my wife and I were impressed with the kind and professional treatment that we received from everyone we met. Even though we had researched our vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership, the sales consultant willingly showed us other available models to help us make the right decision and find a vehicle to meet our specific needs. Due to the late hour of our purchase, the staff stayed overtime to help us secure our financing and finalize the purchase. We returned the following morning to get the pre delivery service and to learn I more about the vehicle. The sales consultant took the time to teach us about all the features of the vehicle. I would recommend Russell & Smith Honda to others looking for a new vehicle. More

They didn't count me as a customer at the beginning; even two of their salespersons didn't take care of me and didn't follow up with me, for whatever reason. However, Selam turned this nightmare into the best experience for me. She is so caring and supportive. She took care of every single task; from getting the forms signed to even make the car ready for me. I don't know how to thank her but I definitely will recommend anyone looking for a new car to buy/lease to see her and ask her for help. I hope my words will be listened (read) and she gets praised by her managers.
