I am giving Russell and Smith a 5 star rating because my experience with buying a brand new car there was very nice, informative, and pleasant. My sales consultant Mr. David Nelson is really a great salesman, and was very kind and patient during the process. Since I already have the color, the options and price in mind when I arrived there, David just took my information, and very soon came back with the price I had in mind. In just less than one hour I was on my way. Besides, with his help I also trade-in my very old Toyota collar there and it was a very time-saving service for me also. I highly recommend asking for him to take care of you if you are doing car hunting for a Honda. More

Jerald Ardoin was my Sales Consultant, and he made it a great process from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and he was very knowledgeable about each vehicle on the lot that I inquired about. I found a pre-owned vehicle (2014) BETTER than the one I was originally looking for in my price range. I was really surprised that they even had pre-owned Cadillacs at great prices. Jerald made sure that I received everything I wanted and more. As a rule, I do NOT purchase any pre-owned vehicle without my mechanic giving it the seal of approval. I made this request, and Russell & Smith Honda did not have a problem with it because of the confidence in their guarantee to the customer. I took it to my mechanic, and he gave it the thumbs up and confirmed it was a quality vehicle. I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of or paid too much for my vehicle. Finance Manager Anthony Alexander was also a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions before the final purchase and I received a warranty that best fit my needs. There was no stress, and it was a very smooth process. Jerald and Anthony were great to work with. I absolutely recommend Russell & Smith Honda to purchase your next new or pre-owned vehicle. More
