Andy was very responsive and seemed eager to earn our business. We went into Russell and Smith already having taken quotes from other dealerships for a new Honda Civic. We were assisted mainly by Ari and Andy and they were willing to match the lowest quote I had from other dealerships as well. We don't like bargaining so the quick quote match was quite helpful. Jordan in accounting assisted us with the financing details and paperwork and it was all mostly routine. No surprises. Overall, the experience was very positive for both me and my spouse. More
