Ian offered to sell us the vehicle we wanted at a great price even though there are so few available. We had a delivery snafu that Ian took ownership of, making sure we were informed of the progress of the replacement vehicle. The day we picked up our new Pilot went smoothly with no surprises. The only thing I would change is the time it took to deal with the finance department but I know that is part of the process and even that, while cumbersome, was not a bad experience. The next time I'm looking for a new Honda I'll definitely go back to Russell and Smith to work with Ian. More

By far, Russell & Smith Honda was the most professional environment and pleasant experience. When you walk in the door, ask for Karan Patel. Mr. Patel was excellent. He never pressured us. He was knowledgeable about our vehicle and if he didn't know a specific detail he found a way to get the answer. Karan's sales manager at the time was Damir Kurtalic. Karan and Damir happily entertained back and forth price negotiations until we were happy with the price. We received a more than fair trade-in price for our previous vehicle as well; better than what we would have received from CarMax. Remember: when trading in at your dealer on the same day of purchase you avoid paying taxes (6.25%) on the trade-in value of your car. I had already secured a loan through my bank. Honda offered a loan at 1 full percentage point better than I could get at my bank. So no hassle on the loan as well; one-stop shopping. Overall, it was a five-star experience. The building, the coffee and cookies, the people, the cars, the price...excellent. More
