Outstanding Customer Service I would like to recognize Dennis Blossom (Sales Consultant) for going above and beyond his call of duty in helping me with the purchase of my car. On I would like to recognize Dennis Blossom (Sales Consultant) for going above and beyond his call of duty in helping me with the purchase of my car. On January 31, 2016 at 8:00pm I placed a call to Dennis about an online ad for a car. He immediately told me to come in and he would wait for me. He took my information over the phone and started the process for me. Dennis and Jad Jibin (F&I Manager) stayed until after 12:00am working on my purchase. After the paperwork was agreed upon and papers were being signed, Dennis washed and cleaned the car. I drove away at 12:30am in my new Honda Accord! The service didn’t stop there. Jad called me on Monday and continued to work for a better deal. Dennis called me on Tuesday and asked if I had any questions about my car and if everything was working ok. Although their day was long and they were both tired their work ethic still maintained an advanced level of professionalism. These two gentlemen are definitely an asset to your business and service force at Russell & Smith! Awesome job fellows! I am from Louisiana but I am going to be a repeat customer! Thanks! Great service for a "remote" customer! I was looking for a specific vehicle and when I found it, it was 3 hours away from me in Houston (I live in Austin). However, the first impression we had after entering this dealership was that the employees were very polite and professional. Our dealing assistants Denise and Marlon were very supportive when it came to explaining the prices, features and paperworks, something we have not seen elsewhere. Both of them were responsive over the counter as well as over phone and email, which made our overall experience a very pleasant one. The financial paperworks were quite long and cumbersome (2-3 hours) but overall the sales department did a great job. More
